Notes on images

Since I’m out more, I’m also taking more photos. The camera sat dormant for a minute. The skies were gray, I didn’t go out, I worked too much, I didn’t post for two months straight. That is being fixed now.

The goal, generally speaking, is to live such that I am put in front of more photographic opportunities – not only for personal enrichment reasons, but also so I can take pics so good that I exist in permanent contempt of Instagram. Every time the shutter clicks, I stab at the heart of the bad social network, praying for its hasty demise. And I live a little more, too.

This text will have some notes on the actual practice – because I spend more time practicing photography than reflecting on it, and that should change.
