Trinidad Sour

There was a request for more cocktails, and so now we have this. The ritual involves popping the top off a bottle of Angostura in defiance of god. It’s the only cocktail where I spend most of my time making it ranting about colony collapse disorder. It is my favorite cocktail in the world and I have no idea how it works. It looks like V8 when you’re done, why not.

It is this, roughly, only I use equal parts orgeat/angostura and rye/lemon; I use Small Hand Orgeat and Rittenhouse Rye; and I never garnish it because 🤷🏻.
